Firesafe valve

An increased risk of fire is a serious and, unfortunately, not uncommon problem in oxygen therapy. The Firesafe is a fire safety valve that significantly reduces this risk through two mechanisms: it shuts off the oxygen flow upon detection of a fire and helps extinguish the fire along the oxygen delivery tubing. The device is placed directly in the oxygen delivery tubing, immediately before the connection to the nasal cannula or mask. A small investment that greatly enhances the safety of the patient and the surrounding area.
